  1. What are careers/jobs that are the most in demand in Israel?
What are the most in demand careers in Israel today and careers that will continue to be in demand there? And then specifically what are the most in demand jobs in the areas of science and medicine?

  3. The highest demand for solders, Israel wants always to increase the number of its army because they can’t live in peace, because war is their way of life.

And in the area of science , there is high demand for microbiologists to develop their biological weapons.

  4. The greatest demand is for skilled IT workers. Additionally, mother tongue English & an additional European language (plus, of course, Hebrew) will always get a job applicant to the front of the job queue.
Skilled translators & English teachers are always in high demand, & receive comparitively high salaries.
There are jobs in call centres, serving the US market in abundance; however, the hours are dreadful, and the pay is poor.

  6. Since they have been killing so many Palestinian kids and babies lately, I would assume that baby killers are a hot market right now. If that’s not your thing, you can always be a "home demolisher" . That’s a pretty steady market.

  8. Some of the fields that are most in demand in Israel today are medicine, hi-tech (software and hardware), electronics, construction and civil engineering. In the coming years, severe shortages of professionals in the fields of construction and infrastructure are foreseen. If either of these fields appeal to you, I would strongly suggest looking into them. They both offer very promising futures. Moreover, you will be making a tremendous contribution to building the country. Whatever you decide, good luck to you!

  9. The high-tech market is still booming in Israel, with many international companies attracted the high-quality of Israeli engineers and the relatively low wages (compared to the US dollar, Euro or UK Pound for example). Currently medicine is not especially in demand, however in a decade or so the demand is expected to spike as the one time influx of Russian doctors will dissipate.
