American jobs have gone to China and other countries, there are millions of people out of work?

What is going to happen to these people when unemployment runs out, plus people on social security when that runs out.
With so many people out of work they can’t pay taxes. Teachers and other government workers will lose jobs.
What will the government do with all of these people?

The best thing the government can do is get out of the way and stop creating incentives for companies to move overseas and disincentives for the unemployed to find work.

It’s not the government’s role to do anything with "these" people.

This is the direction the current administration is taking us in.

Everyone can’t work for someone else, and the government can’t employ everyone, unless we actually become Communist. We need to have EMPLOYERS. This can only occur in a climate that is not openly hostile to profit and incentive for business ownership.

The more business owners there are, the more jobs there are, and a greater number of people paying taxes. Eventually, so many people will own businesses that laborers will actually begin to be a valuable commodity, and WAGES WILL INCREASE by demand, not by government mandate.

But no, that would be capitalism, which is evil. Better to have everyone out of work, I suppose.

Unfortunately the economy is cyclical. This means that it booms where everyone has work and there’s plenty of money then it busts when people stop consuming and people lose their jobs.

Unfortunately rich business people are not rational and often don’t care about the people who make their profits for them (the emplyees). So this is where the government comes in. It has to raise interest rates and taxes when the economy is booming to stop the economy from overheating and to control the worst excesses of the bosses then when the economy busts it has to spend to create jobs and to pump money into the economy. This new money circulates stimulating business people to start the cycle all over again.

    It’s a wonderful system.

Okay, I know this is going to sound strange but the only jobs the Americans own are the govt jobs. All other jobs are owned by the employers. See, at least for now, the guy who has invested in the business gets to decide where it is placed. You want jobs at home? Get rid of corporate taxes. Get rid of threats of cap and trade and health care. Get rid of the threat of the VAT. Get rid of the ridiculous stifling environmental laws. Get rid of unions that artificially inflate the cost to the employer. Then there will be more jobs in America. If you remember only one thing, please remember that the jobs are not America’s jobs

As of 2/2010, unemployment was up 12%. This is one of the reasons for all these mysterious prison camps that keep popping up. By then there will be the N.W.O., monetary money called Amero., the Tribulation, the mark. It’s time to start getting ready. Are we going to fight or lay down? I don’t even want to get started on this health care plan, that in 5 years is going to exactly what you are talking about.

This is not a matter of jobs moving to other countries; it’s a matter of people not deciding to educate themselves. Take Japan for example, the population aims towards education and high-tech work, thus drastically reducing the need for labor. The US on the other hand, has countless, who do not even work hard in high school but still expects to be employed and payed as much as a PHD. Numerous Americans would rather accept charity and live off of social welfare than to take low-paying jobs. The Chinese on the hand, in spite of many who receives high education, still prefers low-paying work over charity. I still remember the 70s when people looked down on hobos… It’s "illegal" to do so now…
