Average wage in China for building cars is only 3.00 an hour!
Mexico is 10 an hour!
America was 54.00 an hour!

The average auto worker wage in the US isn’t 54/hr…where on Earth did you get that? You’re probably citing some bogus stat that includes wages, benefits, etc, etc. The reality is no one counts benefits when citing there hourly wage. That’s just Right wing spin.
Of course wages are low in China…its a third world country ruled by communists. Do you think an American can live on what the Chinese factories pay? Are you willing to work for what your Chinese counterpart makes? I doubt it.

Obviously they are very upset. The unions have been extremely upset about the outsourcing of US jobs for years. They are letting Congress know how they feel about GM’s latest plans. Your reference to President Obama is a little unclear.

I’m sorry, what jobs did Obama send to Mexico or China? I was under the impression that GM began operating in both China and Mexico long before the government was forced to take action.

With the figures that you have shown would you think that maybe this is one of the reasons why the USA has priced itself out of the world market the only people that buy american cars made in america are americans which is small market. Now subtract the ones who buy foreign cars, market is getting very small.

This is a really dumb argument, Reagan started the trend with the "trickle down economics" it gave tax breaks for companies to expand production and sales overseas. corporate lawyers look at the laws and found a hole that would allow them to move overseas, deduct all expenses and keep all the profits, tax free. to try and spin this into an issue created by Obama is very short sighted. and anybody that really believes this is very short sighted and also don’t really read much.

I never made $54 an hour when I worked there. We feel the same as the construction workers whose pay has been cut to such a rate it’s like liviing back in the 70′s. Nothing like pulling up on the job and seeing some illegal has your job at half what you were paid, but then why not, the employer pays no SS on him and no W/C on him and if he gets hurt you just tell one of his padres to get him off the job, it’s not like there’s not going to another one jumping the fence, or riding over in a cow truck to replace him. And so what if they kill your child, it’s not like the news is going to cover the story and say some illegal killed him. I don’t know where you get "your news" but ALL news people are low-life lying sh1t, with their interest in mind. Any f-ing mexican could do their job. I’m not going to even comment on the Babalouie, but as I see the damn mexicans were puring in long before he showed up.
