I will be done with school subsequent fall. My major is business supervision but I have no desire to join the corporate world. I don’t approaching big money-oriented companies. I am hoping to get internship at a non profit organization that focus mostly on community strength (AIDS family planning etc..). where should I start? I live surrounded by NYC. Fiancially strapped vet recently unemployed, (used to work at Walter Reed within D.C. until the scandal broke in early Feb. and they fired my entire floor!) wuld similar to to return to te federal govt now that I have taken a couple of credit courses surrounded by business. I have recently notice that alot of federal announcements in my field require a ’secret clearance’.. .hey, exactly WHAT is a illegal clearance, how do I get one, where do I gain one, and what is it really for? .. (UK) Does anyone know where on earth to find the practice test for a mission near civil service?
It`s with DWP literacy/numeracy tests. The examples they sent looked impartially easy but i`m sure the real ones will be harder. I`m not really worried going on for literacy but maths has never been my strong point! I havn`t done any maths test since about 15. (long time ago!) Has anyone taken these tests? I found this one, tried height 2. I did it fairly and worked out the answers in my principal, though i was a bit slow! I passed it but only get 27 out of 40. (please no maths wizz`s telling me how easy it is, i dislike maths and avoid it like the plague!) I called a number responding to an advertisement going on for the post office work and he told me to register for the test i own to pay 89.99 plus 20 dollars for study guide?
