The Video Job Interview
As a hiring manager, would it be valuable to see a Video Job Interview of the candidate prior to meeting him or her? Reviewing resumes and phone interviews are part of the interview process, but actually seeing the candidate being interviewed on video and responding to questions would add a valuable element not previously available.
